You can open a help desk ticket any time by email to support@silviesrcs.org or by visiting support.silviesrcs.org and opening a new help desk ticket. You and your student's teacher will receive a response within 24 hours.


TeamViewer is a remoting application already installed on Silvies River Charter School Computers. The program sets up a secure session between your PC and one of our techs, Nancy Walker or Gage Cook.

Whenever arrangements are made for remote help,

1. Login from the Parent account on student computer.
2. Please make sure you are connected to the internet.
3. Launch Teamviewer (already installed on student computers).
4. send/reply with Teamviewer "YourID" and "password" to support@silviesrcs.org or text Nancy @ 541-408-6780 with the TeamViewer ID and pwd.
