If your chromebook is typing unintended characters, an alternate keyboard might be configured--ctrl+shift+space cycles through all of keyboard languages enabled.
If the problem persists, try a browser reset/reset settings. This won't delete anything but may log you out of websites, and will disable your extensions so you will need to re-enable them.
Go to settings and scroll all the way down to the bottom, click or tap advanced, and scroll down again to the bottom. There should be an option for "Restore settings to their original defaults". This is what you want to click on and do.
It should reset your keyboard settings too, so after that go back to keyboard settings and turn back on the US international and Hebrew keyboard languages. Fingers crossed that this will fix the issue.
